From Miss America spotting a polka dotted bathing suit in 1926 to Disney’s Minnie Mouse wearing a polka dress, polka dots have become a cult favorite.
Polka dot is very versatile and can be easily paired with anything. It’s evenly spaced pattern is very flirty, dynamic and energetic. Today’s playful polka dot fashion statements are fluid, sophisticated and surprisingly versatile for wearing to work, going out with friends, and dressing up.
Furthermore, polka dot is arguably the easiest pattern to style and revamp which doesn’t necessarily have to be approached fearfully because it is fun, playful and stylish.
